Iran to Announce Major Enrichment Feat

According to an Iranian MP talking to the Jerusalem Post,
"Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki reportedly told members of the Iranian parliament on Tuesday that Iran would soon announce that it had managed to enrich uranium using 3,000 centrifuges,"
in which would go along with Iran's announcement earlier this year they planned to install 3,000 centrifuges. Just to show how far away Iran really is from achieving enough centrifuges to produce fuel for a nuclear reactor, it would take around 54,000 centrifuges. This announcement, if it does indeed come from Iran as anticipated, will invariably be touted by the Untied States as total defiance by Iran and may just bring us another step closer to war.
