Just as the first troops arrive, thanks to Bush's "surge" that is going to cure everything, Saturday was a sad, bloody day for American Forces in Iraq. The final total (the numbers climbed throughout the day) of deaths was 25, making it the deadliest day in two years for American Forces and the 3rd deadliest day since the war began.
